Barcelona Weather Forecast

Barcelona has a couple of train stations. Mainly used to enter or leave the city. Within the city it is wise to use the metro system. The Barcelona train system is comfortable and cheap. Estacio de Francais seen as the main station. The station was first build in 1929 and considered as one of the most beautiful stations in Spain, containing marble, bronze and crystal decorations. The station has a unique design, with two separated buildings surrounding the railroad tracks.
Connection to the airport
Estacio de Franca has a direct train connection to the airport that leaves every 30 minutes. It will cost you around 2.20 euros
Another big train station in Barcelona is estacio Sants. This station has a connection to five different metro lines. There is a big car park just outside the station and several other extra services. National and international arrivals often travel via Barcelona Sants.
Barcelona Train
Train tickets can be bought in advance over the internet, this has several advantages:
  • You don´t have to stand in line for your ticket, while carrying your luggage.
  • Ensures you of a ticket, tickets might be sold out during holidays.
